How do I change the light colors?
Use the included remote control to switch between light modes and colors.

What’s in the box?
1 LED faux fur coat (in your size) and 1 remote control.

What is the jacket made of?
Soft faux fur blended with LYCRA and nylon for warmth and stretch.

What sizes do you offer?
XS to 5XL, in a women’s fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, email us at help@tryroria.com and we’ll help you choose.

Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to additional taxes and duties that we don’t control, and customers are responsible for those costs.

How will I know when my order ships?
Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

What if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and share a revised estimated delivery date.

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on in your cart that covers loss, theft, damage, and delivery issues.

What is your return policy?
